Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Maa Aadya Shakti, we strive to provide authentic and seamless devotional services. Please review our refund policy regarding puja bookings and chadhava offerings.

2. Puja Booking Cancellations

You may cancel your puja booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled puja date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable as priest and ritual arrangements are finalized.

3. Non-Performance / Technical Issues

In the rare event that a puja or offering cannot be performed due to temple closures, natural calamities, or internal error, a 100% full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Chadhava Offerings

Chadhava items (flowers, vastra, sweets) are perishable and prepared custom for each devotee. Once an offering order is dispatched/accepted by local pandits, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or check refund status, please email us at support@maaaadyashakti.org with your booking reference number.
