2. Services Offered

Maa Aadya Shakti provides an online platform for booking virtual pujas, offering chadhava (temple offerings), reading devotional content, and accessing daily panchang. We connect devotees with qualified pandits and accredited temples.

3. Puja Bookings

• All pujas are performed by qualified Vedic pandits at the listed temples.
• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Video or photo proof of the puja will be sent within 48 hours.
• Refunds are available only if the puja could not be performed due to our error.

4. Chadhava Offerings

All offerings are physically delivered to the temple and offered to the deity on your behalf. The specific timing and manner of offering follows the temple's established traditions and schedule.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Maa Aadya Shakti only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse, copy, or redistribute content without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including images, texts, logos, and devotional materials — is the intellectual property of Maa Aadya Shakti Foundation and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maa Aadya Shakti acts as a facilitator between devotees and temples. We are not responsible for the spiritual outcomes of pujas or offerings, as these are matters of personal faith and divine grace.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
