Tulja Bhavani Abhishek is a sacred ritual performed in reverence to Maa Tulja Bhavani, a powerful manifestation of Goddess Durga and the presiding deity of the famous Tulja Bhavani Temple, Tuljapur, Maharashtra. During this divine ceremony, the idol of the Goddess is ceremonially bathed with holy water, Panchamrit, milk, curd, honey, ghee, and other sacred offerings while Vedic mantras and Devi stotras are chanted. Devotees perform this Abhishek to seek the blessings of Maa Tulja Bhavani for protection, courage, prosperity, health, and the fulfillment of their sincere wishes.
